About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative at Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network - Rexdale #278. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and retaining a client base, providing insurance needs advice, and offering sound financial advice to help grow your clients' financial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Yourself and Your Business: Effectively promote your services to attract new clients and grow your business.
  • Provide Insurance Needs Advice: Conduct risk assessments and provide expert advice on insurance products to meet clients' needs.
  • Offer Sound Financial Advice: Help clients grow their financial portfolios by providing guidance on investment and insurance products.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial or retail industry.
  • Ability to Source New Client Leads: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and attract new clients.
  • Develop and Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to Work with Customers: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
