We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MANPASAND INDIAN CUISINE INC. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, managing food costs, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures
- Manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure high-quality food is served to customers
- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
