Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Quebec, Canada. The successful candidate will lead a team of clinical operations professionals and be responsible for managing clinical trials from start-up to close-out.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinical operations professionals to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials
  • Manage trial budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve trial performance and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study management, medical writing, and regulatory affairs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy)
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical trials
