Technical Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at Werfenlife SA. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, performing thorough installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and product enhancement activities on complex instrumentation and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provides on-site support to customers, ensuring timely completion of installations, cost-effective repairs, and product enhancements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnoses, analyzes, and resolves instrument issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, ensuring customer retention through excellent service delivery.
- Education: Associate's degree in Electronics, Medical Technology, or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of technical support experience, preferably in the industry.
- Additional Skills: Working knowledge of personal computers, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office 365; ability to work extended hours and participate in rotational on-call coverage.
This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work EnvironmentThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instrumentation and systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required up to 90% of the time to cover assigned territory.
