Instrumentation and Control Technologist

As an Instrumentation and Control Technologist with WSP, you will have the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects in Canada, using your expertise to design and implement instrumentation and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design criteria and technical specifications for instrumentation and control systems
- Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines to provide expert advice and deliverables on projects
- Assist in the development of PIDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and ensure proper installation of instrumentation best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or instrumentation, or technical diploma in industrial instrumentation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy or oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of instrumentation selection for various processes and knowledge of industrial processes in various industries
- Registered as a professional engineer in the province of Alberta is an asset
