Restaurant Supervisor

Sushi Wood is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including training and development programs.
- Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Hire and train new staff members to meet the needs of the business.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Familiarity with government programs and recognized employer status.
