Job Summary

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for leading the food service team in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Team Members
    • Directly supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train Staff
    • Mentor and train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Plan and Organize
    • Evaluate ingredient and supply needs to optimize meal preparation.
  • Quality Control
    • Verify that food and service meet high-quality standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Scheduling
    • Create efficient work schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Teamwork
    • Perform tasks alongside supervised staff to maintain unity and understanding.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required. Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Friendly client focus, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills essential.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in our team. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $52,500 based on industry standards and location factors.
