About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team in North America. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand plans for our products in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand plans for North America, including forecasting and analyzing sales data to ensure accurate predictions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Work closely with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key buyers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Optimize existing demand planning processes and tools to drive efficiency and improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
