Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at 1342760 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food services department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
• Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the food services department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
• Language: English.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:

Our food services department is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and to lift heavy objects.
