- Staff Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high-quality service.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Staff Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, withstanding physical demands of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, dependability, and team player qualities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
