Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of food service operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and quality for our food and supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on food service operations, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
