Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for managing the profitability of our bar, leading a team of passionate and confident individuals, and developing their skills and careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front and set the benchmark for customer service
  • Manage the profitability of the bar and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced managers and crew members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

About You

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in a management role, preferably in a busy bar and kitchen environment. You'll have excellent financial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for craft beer. You'll be dedicated, flexible, and willing to learn and adapt to our unique culture.
