Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Bar Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for managing the profitability of the overall business, leading an experienced management team, and developing the skills of our crew.

About You

You'll need at least a couple of years' experience in a management role in a busy bar & kitchen. Financial acumen is essential for this role, as you'll be managing the P&L of all parts of the business. You'll be dedicated and flexible, with a customer service focus centric approach. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
