Job Description
We're seeking a full-time Lead Product Manager to run one of our financial product verticals in Winnipeg, MB. As a key member of our agile development team, you'll guide products from conception to launch, working closely with stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities to grow our customer base and drive engagement with Neo's suite of financial products.
Your Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy, translating that vision into a clear product roadmap to drive growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams to build top-notch financial services products.
- Engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps that support continued product innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack from multiple perspectives and use that knowledge to bring high-impact opportunities to the product roadmap.
- Owning project execution, keeping the product ticket backlog up-to-date and prioritized, integrating projects into sprints, release management, gathering feedback, and iterating on releases.
- Communicate ongoing developments of the product across the company, working closely with our marketing, operations, finance, and compliance teams to identify and execute against the highest value opportunities.
- Support team members within your product group while contributing to longer-term product roadmaps.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with software products.
- Prior start-up or product experience, business analyst, management consulting, systems, or engineering background.
- Capable of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders while dealing with competing priorities.
- Taking ownership over your work and outcomes with a passion for building world-class products with a world-class team.
- Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset.

Compensation and Equity
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as equity in the company through stock options, reflecting our commitment to employee success and growth.
