Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Join Touchdown Canada Immigration as a Technical Sales Representative and play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide customer service
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and provide ongoing support
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
