We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our innovation group, you will lead a software development team that designs and builds technically innovative solutions for data collection, analysis, control, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers in designing and developing software solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to develop a strong product
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to the team
  • Contribute to the development of software design standards and overall software quality
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding material for new developers

Requirements

  • Post-secondary engineering or computer science degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record in end-to-end software development with ability to mentor and lead a team
  • Strong exposure and experience with cloud-based development and deployment
  • Strong software understanding in C#/C++,.NET
  • Familiar with issue-tracking and revision-control systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
