About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Finance and Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance and Strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive business growth
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance or financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
