Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at HLL Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring that our HR practices and policies are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and development
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
