At Magellan Aerospace, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, including developing job postings, shortlisting, pre-screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Additionally, the HR Generalist will support other Human Resources functions as needed, including HRIS administration and providing reports to internal stakeholders.
