As a representative of John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, serving families and individuals in their insurance needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in servicing and selling home, auto, and life insurance products offered by the organization.
- Establish personalized relationships with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance policies.
- Seize sales opportunities, soliciting and offering products to clients.
- Work with agents to meet office sales goals.
- Develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications:**
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail/telemarketing sales).
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to obtain OTL or RIBO license and LLQP (LIFE) certification within 6 months of hire.
**Compensation:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
