We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and assisting clients to service and sell Home, Auto, and Life insurance products offered by our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by applying changes, cancellations, and updates to their contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and providing excellent customer service.
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products, while educating and advising them on our products and adhering to our underwriting policies.
- Seize all sales opportunities, soliciting and offering our products to clients.
- Work with agents to meet office sales goals and develop leads via the telephone and in person.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction and retention of clients.
Qualifications:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Sales Experience 1-3 years (outside sales, inside sales, retail/telemarketing sales)
- Proactive Problem Solver (can get things done and is resourceful)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to present to clients over the phone and in person
- Must have OTL or RIBO License
- Must be able to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 6 months of hire
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
