We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at John Brown - Desjardins Insurance Agent.
About the RoleAs an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized service and support, and identifying opportunities to sell our insurance products. You will work closely with our agents to meet sales goals and develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to sell our insurance products and providing them with personalized service and support.
- Work closely with agents to meet sales goals and develop leads through telephone and in-person interactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to management on how to improve our products and services.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- OTL or RIBO license, and ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 6 months of hire.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
