Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management

About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for developing and executing the IAM strategy, ensuring the effective implementation and management of IAM solutions across the organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Identity concepts and systems, as well as a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the IAM strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor the IAM team, including hiring and performance management.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate IAM controls into business processes.
  • Ensure IAM systems are compliant with relevant laws and standards.
  • Monitor and report on IAM metrics and performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • One or more relevant IAM certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies and standards.
  • Proven experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
