Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy to ensure secure and efficient access to organizational resources.
  • Lead the IAM team in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the effective operation of IAM systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate IAM controls into business processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Monitor and report on IAM metrics and performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
