Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security function, you will play a critical role in shaping our Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy to ensure alignment with our Global Cyber Security goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our IAM IT strategic direction, providing technology thought-leadership and strategic solutions that enhance and support business processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and leadership in establishing and implementing enterprise standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and deployment of IAM solutions.
  • Drive IAM strategic initiatives and enhancements, identifying business and product requirements, developing detailed plans, and leading project teams to implement solutions on budget and on schedule.
  • Perform planning activities with our PMO to request any required planning, funding, and resourcing activities.
  • Work with various partners in technology, lines of business, and risk functions to drive alignment of overall strategic and business objectives.
  • Identify and document all required activities to address any regulatory or audit requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform and drive any IAM assessment and remediation activities, including assisting with the onboarding/implementation of controls and ensuring findings exist where applicable.
  • Champion the creation of metrics to monitor the delivery and effectiveness of IAM strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Excellent written skills for executive and regulatory audiences.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple work streams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • IAM understanding, including IAM products, relevant technology, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate gaps related to IT Risk or IAM maturity.
  • IT Risk management experience, including controls and audits.
  • Undergraduate degree.
