Senior Municipal Roadway Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director to lead our Municipal Roadway Engineering practice. As a key member of our Design and Engineering Ontario team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand our practice and deliver top-quality engineering projects to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and oversight on projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the municipal roadway engineering practice, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
- Participate in management discussions and contribute to the direction of the firm, providing technical expertise and strategic input.
- Develop and deliver integrated design programs, key performance milestones, and reports at all stages of projects.
- Assist in the technical development of staff, coaching and mentoring on technical issues and best practices.
- Establish and consolidate relationships with clients, both during and after project completion.
- Use technical knowledge to identify and realize new client opportunities, providing technical input into the bidding process.
- 15+ years of consulting experience on projects of significant scale and/or complexity.
- P.Eng Ontario.
- Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
