Senior Municipal Roadway Engineering Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director for Municipal Roadway Engineering to join our Design and Engineering team at IBI Group. This is a senior role that will involve developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand our municipal roadway engineering practice and deliver top-quality engineering projects to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical advice and oversight on projects, and develop solutions that fall outside standard codes.
- Consultancy Services: Provide consultancy services for projects, including managing technical risk mitigation, safety, and value in design processes.
- Team Management: Manage the delivery of specialized components of projects, establish effective teams, and mentor staff on technical issues.
- Business Development: Develop and deliver integrated design programs, identify new client opportunities, and provide technical input into the bidding process.
- Client Relationships: Establish and consolidate relationships with clients, both during and after project completion.
Requirements
- 15+ years consulting experience on projects of significant scale and/or complexity.
- P.Eng Ontario.
- Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
