Job Description

As a Technical Director - Municipal Roadway Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our municipal roadway engineering team in delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in municipal roadway engineering, with a strong background in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
