Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and assembling data for reports
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 1 to 2 people
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dental plan
- Permanent employment
- 32 to 35 hours per week
- English language
