Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medications and prescription records, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer needs.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure that they are in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
