About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management

Assist in scheduling and managing the workflow of our pharmacy, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, including medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records.

Supply Chain Management

Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.

Clerical and Administrative Duties

Perform general clerical duties, including managing routine office functions, such as reception, telephone, and booking appointments.

Computer and Technology Skills

Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.

Working Conditions

Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Language

English.

Work Term

Permanent.Hours
