Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and workflow
  • Bill third-party insurers
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Manage routine office functions
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
