Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of medications and prescription records
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
  • Assist health care professionals with scheduling and workflow
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and telephone duties
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory levels
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Working Hours:

35 hours per week.
