Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and receive supplies and equipment in a timely manner to ensure that our pharmacy is always stocked and ready to serve our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patients and customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our pharmacy is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
