  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including managing budgets, inventory, and contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment is required.

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 32 to 40 hours per week.
