Job Title: Spa Operations Manager

Puress Spa and Laser Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires a high level of physical and mental stamina.
