About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at PURESS SPA AND LASER CLINIC INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily spa operations to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily spa operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage the spa budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment.
