Job Title: Office Manager

The CompDoc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Large Workload: Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
