We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Bar George. As a Server Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Servers, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Servers with food running, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to guests
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Communicate with Servers and Hosts to maximize seating and ensure a smooth service
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
  • Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, adhering to our high standards
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the team
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take direction and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent oral communication skills and high level of product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
