Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Montréal. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for corporate clients over the telephone, email, and online chat.
  • Interact with other teams to provide comprehensive and high-quality support.
  • Help users with technical issues and provide education on system configurations and product functionality.
  • Work in a 24/7 shift system with great planning reliability and attractive bonuses and compensation days.
Requirements:
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows Server issues using inbuilt Windows applications.
  • Good understanding of basic networking protocols.
  • Fluency in English and French, with any other language being a plus.
  • Previous experience in network/system administration.
  • Deep understanding of the Windows Server operating system.
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft VSS.
