Job Title: Senior Kitchen Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Kitchen Associate to join our team at Legends Tap House & Grill.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to follow recipes and procedures accurately, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety awareness.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our kitchen staff work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time effectively to meet production demands
  • FOLLOW RECIPE PROCEDURES AND FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES TO ENSURE Consistent Quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Assist in training new staff members as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or kitchen setting preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Awareness of and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
