About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. as a Senior Partner Sales Manager, FSI Canada. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among Financial Services Institutions (FSI) customers in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with FSI customers and partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for AWS.
• Collaborate with AWS sales teams to develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS among FSI customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with FSI customers and partners, and develop and execute sales strategies to close deals.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 7+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
• 5+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the FSI industry, including the key players, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
