We are seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join our team at a downtown Investment Management client in Calgary, Canada. This is a 12-16 month contract opportunity that offers a fulfilling experience with a dynamic company.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing phone calls, and entering and tracking building maintenance requests. Additionally, they will assist with expense reports, book meeting rooms, file documents, and maintain inventory of office supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system
  • Self-motivation and ability to work well independently
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional composure
  • Presentation skills that are polished and professional
