Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Whistler Personnel. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of bartenders and ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bartenders and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and promote a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bar management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
