Assistant Bar Manager

About the Role:

The Assistant Bar Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our beverage program, working closely with the management team to deliver a unique and elevated cocktail and wine experience that complements our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our cocktail and wine programs, making recommendations to guests and staff alike.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Director to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a premium food and beverage operation, with a strong background in bartending and mixology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
