- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities, and promoting our brand to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership and management skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
