Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
- Operations: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and cash flow, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services and drive sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. You will be working in a physically demanding role, standing for extended periods and handling large workloads.
