Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to a team of 3-4 people, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial management and control.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring the promotion of our food services to customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be working in a physically demanding role, standing for extended periods, and managing a large workload.

Work Hours:40 hours per week.
