Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical demands: Stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Accurate: Accurate and reliable in all aspects of the job.
