Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
